We are pleased to inform you that, as of July 9, 2025, the Republic of Panama has been officially removed from the European Union\u2019s list of high-risk jurisdictions for anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing.<\/p>\n

This decision, adopted through Delegated Act C (2025) 3815<\/a>, reflects Panama\u2019s strong commitment to financial transparency, international cooperation, and the strengthening of its regulatory framework.<\/p>\n
