The risk rating agency Fitch Ratings affirmed this Friday, January 28, Panama’s risk rating at BBB-, and revised the outlook from negative to stable. Panama, therefore, maintains its investment grade rating with the three major international rating agencies.<\/p>\n

The outlook revision reflects the improved fiscal position and a better-than-expected recovery from the initial impact of the pandemic.
